  • Coaching is a client-led conversation designed to help you gain clarity, explore possibilities, and move forward with intention.

    It is a process that creates space for you to access your own insight, values and direction.

    It is not telling — not advice-giving or problem-solving.

    Coaching v therapy v consulting / mentoring

    • Therapy: Unlike therapy, coaching does not focus on healing the past.

    • Consulting / mentoring: Unlike consulting or mentoring, coaching does not involve telling you what to do.

    • Coaching: Coaching meets you where you are — emotionally, mentally, or situationally, and helps you move forward from there, at your own pace

    Whether you are feeling stuck, preparing for legal action, or navigating a period of transition, coaching offers a space to pause, reflect, and choose your next step with greater confidence and alignment.

  • Family and friends often mean well, but they may offer advice, opinions, or try to fix things based on their own perspectives.

    Coaching is different — it is a neutral, judgment-free space where you are fully heard.

    Instead of giving answers, a coach empowers you — by helping you clarify your own thinking and uncover what truly matters to you.

Booking & logistics

  • We will start with a complimentary discovery call — a 15-minute conversation to connect, explore what you are looking for, and see if coaching feels like a good fit for you. You may schedule your complimentary discovery call here.

    If it does, you may then book a coaching session directly with me — through the website's contact form, email, WhatsApp or phone, here.

  • Each coaching session lasts 1 hour.

  • The rates for coaching sessions are the same for unstuck coaching and legal support coaching.

The coaching experience

  • Each session is a calm, focused space to explore what is most important to you.

    We begin with where you are — emotionally, mentally, or situationally — and work toward clarity, alignment, and next steps that feel right to you.

    You set the direction. I will be your thinking partner, offering presence, empowering questions and structure to help you move forward with confidence.

  • No preparation is needed. Some coachees come with a clear topic in mind; others arrive unsure but ready and willing to explore.

    That said, if something is weighing on your mind, feel free to bring it in.

    This coaching space is for whatever feels most alive, or important when we have a session.

  • That is completely okay. Many people begin coaching with a sense of feeling stuck or unclear — that is how a coaching space can help.

    Together, we will create the space for clarity to emerge. You do not have to have everything figured out.

    You just need a willingness to pause, reflect, and be curious.

    I will hold space for you with presence, clarity and care. No fixing, no pushing — just a steady, empowering and thoughtful partnership that honours where you are and what matters most to you.

    My coaching is ICF-aligned, it follows international standards rooted in trust, client agency, and deep listening.

    With a background in law, entrepreneurship and sports — I understand what it can be like to navigate high-performance settings, complexity, pressure, and uncertainty.

    I will create a confidential space to help you to untangle emotions from facts, clarify your priorities, prepare for important conversations, and move forward with emotional clarity and steadiness.

    As for legal support coaching, whether you are considering legal action or navigating an ongoing process, coaching supports you in staying grounded and aligned with your values.
